Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with us! We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Please read our return and refund policy below.

1. Returns

Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.
- In the original packaging with all tags/labels attached.
Certain items are non-returnable (e.g., final sale items, gift cards, custom/personalized products).

2. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or the wrong size was shipped.

3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed back to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable (unless the return is due to our error, such as a wrong or defective item).

4. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs.
If the return is due to an error on our part, we will cover the shipping fees.

5. How to Start a Return

We will provide you with instructions and a return address.
